Rules for using the Money Shop website and services

These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using the website and services of Money Shop LLC (the «Company», «we»), a virtual asset exchange operator acting under license FMRSS No. 160 dated 22 April 2025. By using the website you confirm that you have read these Terms and accept them.

1. General provisions

  • These Terms apply to every visitor of the website and user of the Company services, including rate calculations, submitting a request and communicating with a manager.
  • The terms of the exchange services themselves are set out in the Public Offer. If these Terms and the Offer differ in respect of exchange transactions, the Offer prevails.
  • Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, the risks of transactions in the Risk Disclosure, and client checks in the AML & KYC Policy.
  • The Company may amend these Terms. A new version takes effect once it is published on the website.

2. Definitions

  • Website — the Company website and all of its sections, including the Russian, English and Kyrgyz versions.
  • User — any person using the website, including without requesting a service.
  • Client — a user who has submitted an exchange request and passed identification.
  • Request — a message from a user with the parameters of an intended transaction, sent through the form on the website or a messenger.

3. What is available without identification

  • Viewing exchange rates and calculating an amount in the calculator.
  • Reading about the services, terms and documents of the Company.
  • Contacting a manager with a question that is not related to carrying out a transaction.
  • Identity document details are requested only when they are needed for a specific transaction or required by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. User identification

  • To carry out an exchange, the Company establishes the client identity to the extent required by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the AML & KYC Policy.
  • Documents may be submitted electronically. The Company may verify that a document is genuine and that the photograph matches its holder, including by confirming a live presence.
  • Information obtained during identification is used only to provide the service and to meet legal requirements. It is not used for advertising or profiling.
  • If a user refuses to provide the information, or if its accuracy is in doubt, the Company may refuse to carry out the transaction.

5. Rules for using the website

  • The user undertakes to provide accurate information and not to impersonate another person.
  • It is prohibited to interfere with the website, bypass technical restrictions, access closed sections, or collect website data automatically without the written consent of the Company.
  • It is prohibited to use the website and the services for unlawful purposes, including the laundering of criminal proceeds, the financing of terrorism and the circumvention of sanctions regimes.
  • It is prohibited to act in the interests of a third party without disclosing this to the Company.
  • If these rules are breached, the Company may restrict access to the services.

6. Information on the website

  • Rates and calculator results are for reference, update automatically and are not a public offer at a particular rate.
  • The final rate and the final amount are confirmed by a manager when the request is agreed.
  • Information on the website is not individual investment advice.
  • The Company aims to keep the information on the website up to date but does not guarantee that it is free of technical errors or inaccuracies.

7. Intellectual property

  • The website, its design, texts, images and software belong to the Company or are used by it on lawful grounds.
  • Copying and using website materials for commercial purposes without the written consent of the Company is not allowed.
  • Third-party names, logos and trademarks mentioned on the website belong to their respective owners.

8. Third-party services

  • The website uses web analytics services and may contain links to third-party resources: messengers, block explorers and maps.
  • The Company is not responsible for the content or operation of third-party resources, or for the way they process data.
  • Following links to third-party resources is done by the user independently and at their own risk.

9. Availability of the service and liability

  • The Company may suspend the website for maintenance and updates and may change the set of available functions.
  • The Company is not liable for interruptions caused by failures of communications, equipment or the actions of third parties.
  • The Company does not compensate a user for lost profit.
  • Liability for exchange transactions is set out in the Public Offer.

10. Security

  • Company staff never ask for passwords, confirmation codes, seed phrases or private keys.
  • Payment details are provided by a manager when a specific transaction is agreed. Details obtained from any other source are not the details of the Company.
  • The user is responsible for the security of their device, messenger accounts and access to their crypto wallets.

11. Governing law and disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
  • Disputes are settled through negotiations; a claim is sent to info@moneyshop.kg and is reviewed within no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days.
  • If no agreement is reached, the dispute is referred to the court at the location of the Company.
