Processing of the personal data of clients and website visitors

ОсОО «Маней Шоп» (hereinafter the “Company”) processes personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on information of a personal nature. This Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and how we protect it.

1. Who processes the data

2. What data we collect

  • Identification data: surname, first name, patronymic, date of birth, citizenship, the details of the identity document, an image of the document and a photograph of its holder when verification is carried out.
  • Contact data: phone number, messenger username, email address.
  • Transaction data: amounts, exchange directions, wallet addresses, bank details, the history of inquiries and correspondence with a manager.
  • Technical data: IP address, information about the device and the browser, the referral source and UTM tags, actions on the website — collected by web analytics services.
  • We do not collect special categories of data (on health, religious or political beliefs) and we do not ask for passwords, confirmation codes or seed phrases.

3. Purposes and grounds for processing

  • Concluding and performing the agreement on the provision of exchange services — ground: the agreement with the data subject.
  • Client identification, verification of the origin of funds, detection of suspicious transactions — ground: the requirements of the legislation on combating the legalization of criminal proceeds and the financing of terrorism, as well as licensing requirements.
  • Contacting the client about a request and handling claims — ground: the agreement and the consent of the data subject.
  • Improving the website and assessing the effectiveness of advertising — ground: the consent of the data subject.

4. Who the data is shared with

  • Authorized state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic — in the cases and to the extent provided for by law, including at the request of the financial intelligence body and of the regulator.
  • Banks, payment organizations and electronic money operators — to the extent necessary to carry out settlements for a transaction.
  • Service providers acting on the instructions of the Company: identity verification, blockchain analytics, web analytics, hosting and communication services — on terms of confidentiality.
  • We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Cross-border transfer

  • Some service providers may be located outside the Kyrgyz Republic. In that case the transfer is carried out in compliance with the requirements of law for the cross-border transfer of personal data and on the basis of agreements that ensure the protection of the data.

6. Retention periods

  • Documents and information obtained during client identification and the carrying out of transactions are kept for the period established by the legislation on combating the legalization of criminal proceeds, and also for the limitation period under the agreement.
  • Technical web analytics data is kept for the periods set by the relevant services.
  • Once the retention periods have expired, the data is destroyed or anonymized.

7. Rights of the personal data subject

  • To obtain information about the processing of their data and a copy of that data.
  • To require that data be corrected, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, out of date, inaccurate or processed in breach of the law.
  • To withdraw consent to processing where the processing is based on consent. The withdrawal of consent does not apply to data that the Company is required by law to keep.
  • To appeal against the actions of the Company to an authorized state body or in court.

8. Data protection

  • Access to personal data is granted to a limited number of employees on a need-to-know basis.
  • Organizational and technical protection measures are applied: encryption of communication channels, segregation of access rights, logging of actions, backup copying.
  • Employees of the Company never ask clients for passwords, confirmation codes or seed phrases. Any message making such demands should be treated as fraudulent.

9. Cookies and analytics

  • The website uses cookies and web analytics services so that the pages work correctly and in order to assess the effectiveness of advertising.
  • Cookies can be disabled in the browser settings. If they are disabled, some features of the website may not work correctly.

10. Changes to the policy

  • The Company has the right to amend this Policy. The current version is published on the website together with the date of the version.
